This morning I was back to doing the Great Abs Guaranteed routine. Interestingly, my abs were not too sore after resting for a day. Let’s see if I can say the same about my legs tomorrow. Right the muscles in my legs feel like hardened rubber that doesn’t want to stretch. Especially near the joints. I feel the burn when I sit down and when I get up.

This morning when I was packing my husband’s lunch I wanted to kneel down to get something out of the cabinet and I couldn’t do it. My thighs were so stiff they didn’t want to budge. We’ll try a leg related workout again tomorrow. Maybe.

I think later I’ll do the Great Arms Guaranteed workout before lunch. This will give me at least 20 minutes of workout for the day. Better than nothing, which is what I was doing before.
